CERTcad™ - Computer Aided Dispatch for Community Emergency Response Teams

CADphone Functional Overview
This robust messaging system allows for two-way voice or text messaging between the CERTcad console and field units. The system can make a text-to-voice call to a single team member (unit), to units assigned to a particular call or event, or to all registered units. Voice messages can be left by units that can be transcribed and displayed in a queue, or played as an mp3 file.

All messages are logged and can be tagged after review. For example, units can be called to update their availability for response, or be advised that an activation is or is not expected in the critical first minutes.

Team Status and Updates
Your team will have a personal telephone number which units can use to access the CADphone system. This number automatically provides the team status, and any special message as is updated through the CERTcad system. Also, units can hear their own status and details of any assignment that they are assigned to. Any unit can update their personal status via the telephone or a text message from their registered telephone.
